ASAP Position Purpose The purpose of this role is to: Deliver comprehensive property and casualty insurance solutions that protect businesses from operational and financial risks. Ensure consistent, high-quality client service through policy implementation, renewals, and ongoing account management. Strengthen client retention and satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication and timely follow-up. Support the growth of the business insurance division by effectively managing and converting inbound client opportunities. Support company revenue objectives by maximizing conversion of inbound opportunities, retaining clients, and identifying appropriate coverage solutions. This role ensures that inbound opportunities are handled with excellence, clients receive reliable and responsive service, and long-term relationships are built through trust and professionalism. Present the organization professionally across all client interactions, including phone, email, and in-person communication. Follow up on open items and client requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective clients (calls, web leads, referrals, internal handoffs). Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, exposures, and coverage requirements. Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions based on client needs. Guide prospects through the decision-making process with clarity and professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth intake, quoting, and onboarding of new clients. Identify cross-coverage opportunities within inbound accounts where appropriate. Policy Administration & Servicing Process requests for proposals from prospective clients. Implement new insurance policies and manage renewals for existing policies. Communicate policy updates, changes, and coverage details to clients. Prepare and maintain policy documentation for policyholders. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records. Perform administrative tasks including organizing documentation and completing required paperwork. Manage multiple tasks and priorities to ensure operational efficiency. Follow through on pending activities to ensure completion and accuracy.•Work Environment Collaborative team dynamic fostered through in-office connection. This is a hybrid or remote role requiring access to an office to support virtual, remote, work-from-home activities described in this job description. An employee in this position works in both an office environment with heating and air conditioning, on-site at client locations, in support/ execution of assigned duties. This role routinely will have loud noises, bright lights and be subject to similar interior temperatures To work remotely, an employee in this position must have access to the Internet and an appropriate workspace. Physical & Travel Demands An employee in this position may be required to travel up to 10% of the time to client meetings, conferences and trade shows, and other company business events. Must have access to reliable transportation on demand to and from work locations without notice to support critical duties, participate in internal and external client meetings, etc. as requested. Must maintain a valid driver's license.•Performance Objectives First 90 Days Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and inbound lead flow processes. Begin supporting client accounts and inbound inquiries with supervision, including policy quoting, servicing and documentation, with supervision. Demonstrate effective communication and responsiveness in client interactions. First 6 Months Manage inbound opportunities from initial contact through policy implementation. Effectively support renewals and ongoing client service needs with minimal supervision. Maintain organized records and consistent follow-up on all opportunities, and ensure timely completion of administrative responsibilities. First 12 Months Consistently convert inbound opportunities into active clients. Maintain high client retention through strong service and relationship management. Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned accounts and sales activities. Contribute to team success through collaboration and cross-selling efforts. Opportunity to grow into senior account management or specialized roles as the business continues to expand•Capabilities, Skills & Competencies Technical Capabilities Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, including general liability, workers compensation, and business owner policies. Ability to manage policy lifecycle activities including implementation and renewals. Technologically adept and capable of navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Required Qualifications High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field. Current Property & Casualty License in Texas preferred, or ability to obtain within 45 days of employment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
