About the Role BloomNet is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to support and grow our network of florists across the New England region. This is a field-based, territory role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, managing a large geographic territory, and delivering value-driven solutions to customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to your clients-helping florists maximize their business through BloomNet's products, services, and programs while driving long-term customer success and revenue growth. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with florists across MA, RI, NH, ME, and CT Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to drive engagement and educate customers on BloomNet offerings Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer retention Execute structured follow-up strategies to drive adoption and conversions Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activity, and report on performance Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams Represent BloomNet at industry events, trade shows, and in-market visits What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of experience in outside sales, territory sales, or account management Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Comfortable working independently in a travel-heavy, field-based role (up to 75%) Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Join Us Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to represent a trusted, industry-leading brand Collaborative, supportive team environment Career growth within the 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. family of brands Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
