Position Overview:
We're hiring Remote Account Specialists to help consumers resolve their medical accounts. If you're motivated, goal-driven, and confident communicating in challenging situations, this is a high-earning opportunity with long-term career potential. We provide paid training.
What You'll Do:
  • Communicate with consumers by phone to resolve outstanding medical accounts
  • Provide clear, professional guidance and offer achievable financial solutions
  • Use problem-solving skills to navigate difficult conversations
  • Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment
What You Need:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly and stay professional under pressure
  • Drive to meet goals and earn uncapped commission
