Description Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking an Accounts Specialist for our MVSO (MyVetStoreOnline) online pharmacy platform. This position is fully remote. This position is available for those in the following states: Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The MyVetStoreOnline Accounts Specialist is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing users to ensure their continued satisfaction and engagement with our services and will assist with the development of new retention strategies and marketing opportunities. The MyVetStoreOnline Accounts Specialist is responsible for providing second-tier support to current users via phone, email, forms, and chat. This position will be a team expert for retention of and engagement with MyVetStoreOnline users to support the MyVetStoreOnline Accounts team and across all departments.
