Position Summary We're looking for a full-time, motivated Appointment Setter to connect with prospective clients and schedule appointments for our planner team. This role is key to creating a seamless client experience and building the foundation for lasting relationships. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a critical part in helping them take the next step toward financial clarity. Key Responsibilities Call and engage prospective clients who have shown interest via workshops, seminars, website, or advertising campaigns. Schedule appointments with our financial planners and follow up to ensure engagement. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM. Track metrics such as calls made, appointments set, and appointments completed. Support workshops, seminars, and client events with follow-up and administrative tasks. Respond professionally to questions and objections, ensuring a positive experience for all prospects.
