Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Drive revenue growth and market share in the Virginia market by securing new business and expanding key accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a liaison across customers, industry associations, and internal operations. Develop and execute territory strategies, including pricing, forecasting, and competitive analysis. Prepare bids, proposals, and contracts while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives. Partner with operations and quality teams to deliver technical support, ensure product performance, and promote safe, compliant practices. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable sales results in a complex market. Strong knowledge of construction materials or cement-based products and related market dynamics. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value. Proficiency in using data, technology, and systems to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize sales outcomes. Self-directed, collaborative professional who can manage a large territory and navigate technical, logistical, and customer challenges. Work Environment Work from home with heavy field presence supporting customers across a broad Virginia territory, with regular travel some overnight, to job sites, client functions, and Heidelberg Materials plants and offices required. Combination of on-site customer visits, office collaboration, and engagement with production facilities and industry partners.
