Job Description The Client Account Manager/Executive is the strategic face of Payment Services to the client, representing multiple business channels. They are responsible for the overall management of a book of accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction, and contract renewals. Consults with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results and recommending action to improve performance. Is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience Typically eight to 10 years of client management experience in the payments industry Preferred Skills/Experience CenPOS support/knowledge is highly preferred Strong contract negotiation, account management and project management skills Working knowledge of ROI and P&L calculations Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data Proven customer service/relations skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Travel is 30-40% for meetings or conferences annually The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.
