Summary:
The Client Manager partners with the PEO Consultants to provide excellence in managing client implementation, renewal, reporting, technical tools, and overall service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Work with Consultant to Manage the Client Relationship Manage Client Reporting & Deliverables Establish & Manage Client Communications; including calls, call notes, and take-away items Manage New Client/Renewal Implementation Process & Timelines (includes Tech Tools) Ensure accuracy of both client facing and internal partner documents Client Service within scope of skill set

Experience:
Previous applicable work experience, required Proficient with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), required Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience, preferred Familiarity with database applications, a plus Additional Notes Insurance license required, can be obtained within 90 days of hire The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $75,000 per year . Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
