Client Relationship Manager

Full-time Client Relationship Manager OakHeart Financial Group, a Private Wealth Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, is hiring for a full-time position in our active office. Expected hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM. As Client Relationship Manager, you will support our advisors and work directly with our clients in the financial planning process. Areas of responsibility include, but aren't limited to, the following:

• Attend and participate in client meetings
• Provide follow-up documentation and responses to clients and associated professionals, including all meeting summary letters and correspondence
• Act as a liaison with clients on implementation strategies and advisor recommendations
• Case preparation and analysis
• Process trading for securities, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, annuities, cash instruments, variable life and money movement as needed
• Assist in completing and processing paperwork
• Provide compliance documentation
• Attend marketing and client appreciation events
• Attend conferences deemed necessary for professional development Job Requirements

• Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisor, Ameriprise Financial and FINRA Education and Experience
• Minimum High School degree required, college degree preferred.
• Currently have or willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66 and Life and Health Insurance licenses Compensation commensurate with experience.
