What we need… COCC is currently seeking a Client Partner to serve as a liaison between COCC and its clients. The Client Partner will be the primary contact for the client on all strategic initiatives, new products and services, development requests, project guidance, and escalation of issues. The ideal candidate will provide value to COCC by ensuring the client's needs are being met. This person will also be tasked with communicating the client's voice appropriately, understanding their strategic goals, driving and facilitating interaction between the client and COCC management and departments, and expanding the client relationship with COCC. Ten or more years' experience in the banking/financial services industry Strategic and functional knowledge of all COCC products and services Dynamic personality A self-starter that can work at a very fast pace True Professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail Must be abreast on industry trends and understand the regulatory environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Travel 40% to 50% of the time Local candidates are preferred for this role The salary range for this position is $84,000-95,000/annually Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not currently or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
