Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, group captive programs, and surplus lines business. This role involves managing a generalist book of business with a focus on middle-market accounts, particularly in the construction industry.
Compensation Package Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 annually
Bonus:
25% performance-based bonus.

Handle daily tasks such as issuing certificates, reporting claims, billing, and reviewing coverages. Market renewals and bring in new business opportunities. Provide risk management solutions, particularly for surplus lines and group captive programs. Collaborate with clients in industries such as heavy construction and other generalist sectors. Utilize agency management systems, with a preference for EPIC. Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a brokerage setting. Candidates with experience in Farmers or captive agencies will not be considered.
Licenses/Certifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in agency management systems, with EPIC experience highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with group captive programs, risk management, and surplus lines business is essential.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Work Arrangement:
Open to remote candidates, but preference will be given to those who can work on-site or in a hybrid capacity. A one-week training period is required, either in-office or remotely. #LI-SS1 #INDTJG-PT
