The Customer Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue by meeting assigned sales goals and objectives within Sage's existing installed customer base for Medium Segment customers. The CAM will drive sales through add-on services, business care plan upgrades, migrations to additional Sage products/services, and renewals of existing services. We achieve these goals and objectives through effective management and coordination with channel partners, internal Sage teams, and customers in your assignment. This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in the Lawrenceville, GA office.
- Manages renewal process for Accounts.
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with assigned customers.
- Resolve open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Utilize Fusion and Salesforce to track and maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- Manage additional projects and assignments as defined by the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of indirect Sales experience (channel)preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong propensity for learning new systems and processes for development.
- Must be self-motivated and can work in a collaborative team environment.
- Problem-solving and innovation experience, project management
- Software/ SaaS industry experience preferred
