The Entry Level Account Manager will assist customers with high-speed Fiber setup, troubleshoot post-activation account inquiries, provide continuous support, and contribute to enrollment initiatives by helping families enjoy fast, reliable Internet for streaming, remote work, and smart home technology. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll start with hands-on training to become fluent in fiber-optic technology, then put that knowledge to work by helping customers say goodbye to slow Internet forever. The Entry Level Account Manager will then engage with customers in person, listening to their connectivity needs and providing account support that exceed their expectations. Role Requirements for an Entry Level Account Manager Respond to customers with empathy and professionalism, resolving account concerns while presenting Verizon FiOS Internet options. Engage warmly with households to understand their needs and guide them toward the right Verizon FiOS Internet plans. Deliver outstanding support while smoothly transitioning conversations into beneficial Verizon FiOS Internet enrollment. Help customers upgrade their internet experience through caring guidance and clear Verizon FiOS Internet recommendations. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure smooth service and uncover new enrollment opportunities for Verizon FiOS Internet. Excel in both account support and enrollment by creating helpful experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
