Who can keep a hundred moving pieces straight without dropping a single one? Ashley Jensen Real Estate Team is looking for a Executive Assistant/Relationship Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients, our leads, and our transactions. You'll work closely with Ashley, managing communication, keeping our CRM humming, and making sure nothing — and no one — falls through the cracks. What you'll do: Manage inbound and outbound emails, responding promptly and professionally on behalf of the team Own day-to-day activity in Follow Up Boss (FUB): tracking leads, updating statuses, setting and completing follow-up tasks Communicate directly with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout their transaction Draft and send messages, updates, and reminders for Ashley Coordinate with tradesmen and vendors, including occasional on-site meetings at properties Handle time-sensitive tasks tied to active transactions — deadlines here are real, not suggestions Flag issues or delays before they become problems What you bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort with CRM tools (Follow Up Boss experience a strong plus) Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under time pressure A reliable vehicle and willingness to visit properties as needed Real estate, property management, or transaction coordination experience preferred but not required Someone who takes ownership — you see something that needs doing, you do it

[$20/hour + Bonus] Position Summary The Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact for client communication, lead management, and coordination across active real estate transactions. This role blends CRM ownership, client relations, and hands-on transaction support — requiring someone equally comfortable at a keyboard managing follow-ups and on-site meeting a tradesman at a property. Key Responsibilities Client & Communication Management Monitor and respond to email correspondence in a timely, professional manner Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients throughout their transaction journey Draft, proofread, and send client-facing messages on behalf of Ashley CRM & Lead Management (Follow Up Boss) Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all leads and clients in FUB Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up at each stage of the pipeline Set reminders, tasks, and automations to prevent leads from going stale Generate basic reporting on lead activity and follow-up completion as requested Transaction Support Track transaction timelines and flag time-sensitive deadlines Coordinate schedules with tradesmen, inspectors, and vendors Meet tradesmen/vendors on-site at properties as needed Liaise between clients, agents, and vendors to keep transactions moving General Prioritize and triage daily tasks based on urgency Identify and escalate potential delays or issues proactively Other duties as assigned to support the team's transaction pipeline Qualifications [1-2+] years in an administrative, client relations, or transaction coordination role (real estate preferred) Experience with a CRM platform; Follow Up Boss experience strongly preferred Strong written communication skills; comfortable representing the brand in client emails Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities and hard deadlines without close supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits DISC Profile test - with a preference for a 'SC' personality profile. Work Environment Primarily [remote] based with occasional travel to properties for tradesman/vendor meetings Typical Hours 11 am to 5pm with the possibility of working earlier in the morning and late into the evening.
