Job Description

A well-established and growing private client insurance practice is seeking a High Net Worth Account Manager to manage sophisticated personal insurance portfolios, including family office relationships and affluent clients with premium volumes ranging from $50,000 to $200,000+ . This role is ideal for a service-driven insurance professional who enjoys building trusted client relationships while leveraging modern technology and strong internal support resources. Prior experience working with high net worth personal lines clients is preferred.
The Job:
Manage a portfolio of high net worth and family office accounts with premium sizes ranging from $50,000 to $200,000+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a concierge-level service experience Partner closely with producers and leadership to identify coverage enhancements, upsell opportunities, and account retention strategies Utilize innovative technology platforms, including a new AI-powered quoting solution that reduces quote turnaround times from hours to minutes Collaborate with a dedicated Assistant Account Manager and Resource Pro support team to streamline policy servicing and administrative tasks Work alongside an in-house Claims Advocate who provides specialized claims support for clients Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to market accounts and secure competitive coverage solutions
