Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy inquiries. Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your client base across diverse communities, including multilingual outreach when applicable. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance and benefits administration standards to maintain ethical practices. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base.
