$170,000•$199,999 Senior Key Account Manager•Data Center & Data Communications (West Coast / Remote) We are partnering with a global manufacturer of electronic components that supports customers across industrial, transportation, and advanced electronics markets worldwide. The company is seeking a Key Account Manager based in the Bay Area for a fully remote role with up to 30% travel. This position will manage a portfolio of high-value, established customers, with a primary focus on data center and data communications accounts, along with select consumer and technology-driven customers. The organization designs and produces billions of components annually, including semiconductors, sensors, circuit protection devices, switches, and related technologies. About the Role As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow strategic relationships within the data center and data communications ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted partner to customers, helping them integrate advanced component solutions into their platforms while driving long-term revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, relationship management, and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand relationships with assigned key accounts in the data center, data communications, and adjacent markets Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration Position and promote component solutions based on customer applications and system requirements Identify new opportunities, design-in programs, and emerging needs within assigned accounts Partner closely with engineering, product management, operations, and global sales teams Support product launches, technical reviews, and customer presentations Track account performance, pipeline activity, and market trends Provide regular updates and insights to leadership Required Qualifications Proven experience selling electronic components, semiconductors, or related technologies Demonstrated background working with data center and/or data communications customers Minimum of 5 years in technical sales, account management, or business development Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the West Coast Preferred Profile Experience managing large, strategic OEM or hyperscale accounts Strong understanding of networking, server, storage, or infrastructure platforms Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global organization Why Join Work with a globally recognized technology manufacturer Manage high-impact data center and data communications accounts Competitive compensation and benefits package High visibility role with long-term growth potential Flexible remote work structure
