As Key Accounts Sales Manager, USA, you will help expand Reichert's presence across national accounts, large eye care practices, retail chains, hospital groups, and industry partners. You will develop account strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for sustainable, profitable growth. In this fully remote role, you will work with sales, marketing, product management, product development, and operations teams to support customers and execute sales initiatives across the United States. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen Reichert's position in the optometry and eye care market. Manage and grow relationships with national accounts, including large optometry practices, retail chains, hospital groups, and industry partners. Identify opportunities for expansion and innovation within existing accounts. Manage pricing and discounting to support profitable growth. Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Partner with marketing and product management teams to align strategies and enhance customer value. Build and maintain a professional network within the eye care industry. Coordinate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to support consistent execution of sales initiatives. Monitor account performance indicators, sales forecasts, and market share growth. Provide forecasts and input for operational and financial planning. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience in sales management. Knowledge of the optometry and eye care market, including key participants and industry trends. Experience managing national accounts and contributing to revenue growth. Experience applying sales practices and tools. Proficiency with customer relationship management software and sales analytics tools. Effective written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Ability to evaluate account performance and market conditions. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Ability to travel nationally as required. Preferred Qualifications Master of Business Administration. Sales management experience in the optometry, eye care, or medical device industry.Compensation Employee Type:
