Property Management & Concierge Services Company We are seeking an organized, personable, and flexible Office Assistant / Client Relations Coordinator to join our busy property management and concierge team. This is a hands-on position combining office administration, client relations, vendor coordination, marketing, and concierge services . The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both in the office and in the field . The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, and dependable , with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to excellent client service. This person should be comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and team members and able to handle changing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is resourceful, and enjoys variety . Because no two days are exactly the same, the right candidate will be comfortable transitioning between office responsibilities, client interaction, vendor coordination, and tasks in the field. Above all, this person should be trustworthy, flexible, and willing to step in wherever needed to support our clients and team. Responsibilities Answer phones and provide general administrative and office support. Maintain client profiles and perform accurate data entry. Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and service providers. Meet and oversee vendors at client properties, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner and obtaining updates regarding services performed. Maintain the company's website and social media accounts. Create and implement newsletters and manage other marketing efforts. Support the team with client and property-related needs. Perform concierge duties during busy periods, including grocery shopping, package pickup/delivery, pet-related errands, and other client requests. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs , with strong typing and computer skills. Comfortable working with a variety of computer systems, online platforms, and databases , with the ability to quickly learn new software and technology. Comfortable with social media and basic marketing/newsletter creation. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-service skills. Professional, trustworthy, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Able to prioritize and adapt to changing or last-minute needs. Comfortable interacting directly with clients and working in private residences. Must be flexible and willing to work both in the office and in the field. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must pass a background check. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and understands the importance of providing exceptional, personalized service to our clients. This position may include some weekends and evenings.
Pay:
