Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team! In this energetic hybrid role, you will be the key liaison between clients and our insurance services, providing expert guidance on personal insurance products, including auto, homeowners, umbrella, and other personal P&C insurance. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will drive client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsiveness. Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and generate referrals. Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes. Review renewal policies proactively, providing coverage recommendations to clients. Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions. Quote new policies and remarket accounts as needed to ensure competitive pricing and appropriate coverage. Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support throughout. Maintain accurate records in the agency management system. Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate policy processing. Support the sale and servicing of basic individual life insurance policies as needed. Adhere to all agency guidelines and carrier underwriting requirements. Participate in training and maintain all necessary licensing and continuing education requirements. Experience 2+ years of personal lines experience; preferably in an independent setting. Active Property & Casualty license required. Life & Health Insurance license preferred.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
