In this role, you'll manage a book of business, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-level service across auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines coverages.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support Manage and review personal lines policies to ensure proper coverage and identify gaps Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and on time Assist clients with claims and coordinate with carriers for smooth resolution Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with industry standards Stay current on market trends and coverage options to better advise clients

What We're Looking For:

Experience in personal lines insurance (account management or similar role) Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and policy servicing Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain) Experience with agency management systems is a plus
