Regional Account Manager - Wheelabrator Air ( Remote, Canada ) (OOJ - 45791) 125000-150000 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: May/22/2026 Job Description Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share. Sell OEM equipment, aftermarket parts, upgrades, and service contracts. Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts. Manage full sales cycle including quotations, pricing, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, service, and inside sales. Track customer activity, leads, and opportunities in CRM. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Deliver regular sales forecasts and reports. Travel 70 to 80 percent within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of outside industrial sales experience. Must have experience with shot blast and/or shot peening equipment. Strong understanding of capital equipment sales. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and US passport. Experience in surface preparation, airblast systems, or foundry equipment. Technical sales background with ability to work with engineering teams. Experience selling into manufacturing or heavy industry. This position is fully remote within Canada; the selected candidate must be based in Canada and will work remotely from a Canadian location.
