This role requires excellent communication and listening skills to uncover client needs and build strong, lasting relationships. A clear understanding of the Aspen market and its clients base is essential. What you'll do: You'll attract new clients and nurture existing ones through:
- Site Visits
- Existing Client Base
- Brunches and Lunches
- Community Engagement
- Networking events
- Social media outreach

While this is a sales position, it's more about cultivating long-term partnerships than chasing quick wins. That's why this role is salaried and not commission-based: we value relationships above all. What you bring to the table:

- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or service-oriented environment in the Aspen, CO area a must
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client needs
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel Bonus points for:
- Prior sales experience
- Background in catering, food service, event planning, hotel sales, wedding planning, or other hospitality fields
- Keen attention to detail What we offer:
