Job Description
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or channel sales
Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships or indirect sales
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and conversion strategies
Experience working with CRM and affiliate tracking tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing industries
Familiarity with MSP, cybersecurity, or web/digital agency offerings
Existing network of potential affiliates or partners
Multilingual (English required; French or Italian is a plus)

Number of active affiliates generating revenue
Monthly and quarterly affiliate-driven revenue
Partner activation rate and engagement levels
Pipeline contribution from affiliate channel
Conversion rates and deal velocity
