Compensation:
$80,000-$90,000 base salary + uncapped commission. On-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000+ annually. About

is a logistics technology company helping importers and shippers reduce freight costs, improve supply chain visibility, and optimize transportation operations through technology, analytics, and managed services. Position Summary WOWL is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive new business growth. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and helping customers solve complex supply chain and logistics challenges through implementation of WOWL's solutions. This hybrid position (3in / 2 out) is based in Los Angeles and requires occasional travel for customer visits, trade shows, and similar business development events. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution. Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and customer presentations. Build relationships with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations leaders. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately track activities in CRM. Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to develop customer solutions. Attend trade shows and industry conferences. Travel periodically to meet customers and support executive-level sales engagements. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately once per month. Preferred Experience selling logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, SaaS, or technology solutions. Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. Existing network within importing, manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries. $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
