We provide plumbing materials, fixtures, and supply solutions to contractors, builders, and commercial partners who depend on speed, accuracy, and reliability. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager (B2B Plumbing Supply) who can take ownership of key contractor relationships and drive long-term revenue growth. This is not just a sales role—you will be a strategic partner to our customers, helping them source the right materials, manage pricing and bids, and ensure their projects stay on schedule. You will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, identify new business opportunities, and act as the main point of contact between our customers and internal operations teams. Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B contractor and commercial plumbing accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with plumbers, builders, and construction companies
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contractor and construction market Upsell and cross-sell plumbing fixtures, materials, and related supply products
Quoting & Pricing:
Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and pricing proposals for projects Work with procurement and inventory teams to ensure correct pricing and availability
Customer Support & Problem Solving:
Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and issue resolution Ensure fast and effective communication between customers and internal teams
Sales Performance:
Track account activity, pipeline growth, and sales performance metrics Meet and exceed revenue and account growth targets
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale distribution Experience in plumbing, construction supply, building materials, or industrial sales is strongly preferred
Skills:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively Comfortable working with contractors and trade professionals Basic understanding of quoting, pricing, or supply chain coordination
Mindset:
Self-driven and motivated by performance and results Problem-solver who can think quickly under pressure Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
