Job Description

THE SALES NUTRACEUTICAL EXECUTIVE
is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving Everest Formulation business growth. This role will serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, developing and executing account strategies to achieve mutual success nutraceutical industry. Essential Job Duties Perform a variety of leadership duties and job tasks within an assigned department and /or work areas, ensuring that all application safety laws/regulations as well as state/federal employment laws that pertain to this position are following in accordance with Company policies, procedure, standards, and work rules. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the nutraceutical industry. Must have a strong Nutraceutical background to be considered for this position and the capacity to bring a strong book of business.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts in the nutraceutical industry. Track and report on key account performance and revenue metrics.
Account Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver on client expectations. Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.
Communication and Presentations:
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry trends. Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition and address client needs.
Contract Negotiations:
Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients. Ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels. Proactively address issues or concerns raised by key clients. Continuously strive to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and analysis.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of account activities, interactions, and sales. Prepare and submit regular reports to management on account performance. Maintain Pipedrive in accordance with defined guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a "hunter" mentality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid customer base in the Nutraceutical industry with the ability to bring those customers with you. Experience and demonstrated results in applying Continuous Improvement principles to an operation. Outstanding problem solving, time management, interpersonal and customer service skills a must. Effective planning and organizing skills relating to sales, customer relationship building and market research. Strong knowledge of production methods/systems, continuous improvement processes, and problem analysis. Effective presentation skills (one-on-one or in group settings), and effective telephone etiquette skills/techniques. Proficient computer skills and knowledge applicable to the job (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail), as well as proficiency in the use of in-house programs and applications. Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple duties/assignments effectively and efficiently. Strong knowledge of production methods, systems, and continuous-improvement processes. The appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position are achievable through the following combination of education, work experience and training: BA/BS Degree in business or applicable field. Five (5) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service or similar work environment; or Must have nutraceutical sales experience to be considered.
