Delta Dental of Illinois is seeking a relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to support and retain a complex portfolio of employer group clients. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, lead renewal and service strategies, and partner across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Manage complex client relationships and deliver proactive, high-quality service across an assigned portfolio. Develop creative solutions, navigate client concerns, and use sound judgment to resolve challenging issues. Drive account retention and identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships. Lead renewal planning, contract negotiations, and account strategy for employer group clients. Partner with brokers, benefits leaders, sales teams, and implementation partners to support onboarding, service, and long-term client goals. Analyze reporting needs, monitor performance expectations, prepare client communications, and contribute to presentations, renewals, and RFP responses as needed.
