Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our WaveMark team in the role of Senior Client Relationship Manager Consultant (Inventory Solutions Consultant). This position will work full time on a hybrid schedule (3 days on site, 2 days remote) based out of our Integrated Service Center in Plainfield, IN. However, weekly travel through out the various system hospitals will be required. Are you a relationship-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment? As a Senior Consultant, Client Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the key connection between hospital partners, supply chain operations, and WaveMark solutions, ensuring critical inventory and ordering processes run seamlessly. This highly visible role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and taking ownership of outcomes across multiple acute care facilities. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers while leading efforts to optimize workflows, improve supply availability, and deliver an exceptional service experience. Minimum Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Supply Chain or business related field or equivalent years of experience. 5-7 years of related experience. Supply Chain experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint software applications required. Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability. Strong analytical skills and an accomplished problem-solver. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Ownership- Establish strong relationships with assigned acute sites and serve as the primary point of contact for all supply chain and WaveMark‑related needs. WaveMark Operational Support
- Partner closely with the Inventory Control Tower (ICT) to ensure sites follow required workflows (cycle counts, find‑by‑scan, waste review, expiry review, preference card optimization). Identify non‑compliance and escalate to leadership when needed. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Guide sites through complex inquiries, troubleshoot ordering or WaveMark issues, and coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to resolve problems quickly. Education & Best Practices
- Train sites on supply chain fundamentals, proprietary ordering systems, and the procure‑to‑pay process. Reinforce best practices that reduce waste, prevent lost items, and improve inventory accuracy. Onboarding & Transitions
- Lead supply chain onboarding for new sites, relocations, expansions, and closures. Ensure WaveMark readiness and proper item setup during transitions. Standardization & Optimization
- Participate in and sometimes lead initiatives focused on product standardization, cost‑effective alternatives, workflow improvements, and operational efficiency. Documentation & Standard Work
- Define, document, and maintain standard work processes for facilities and WaveMark workflows. Training Leadership
- Oversee training materials, coordinate training sessions, and ensure sites understand expectations and compliance requirements. Project Leadership
- Manage complex projects that impact supply chain operations, WaveMark adoption, or cross‑functional workflows. Cross ‑ Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between ICT, Value Analysis, Clinical teams, vendors, and distributors to ensure alignment and accountability. Data ‑ Driven Decision Making
- Use WaveMark dashboards, PowerBi dashboards, KPI reports, and inventory analytics to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement.
