Senior Marketing Account Manager Park National Corporation United States, Kentucky, Louisville 545 South 3rd Street (Show on map) Sep 09, 2026 Description Additional Information The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A strong understanding of business and marketing strategies will be critical, and additional training or certification programs may be encouraged for candidates without banking background. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and/or CRM software is a plus. Curiosity is encouraged with a willingness to learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a primary client contact and become a valuable resource; foster and manage ongoing, trustful client relationships Lead assigned client accounts and drive strategic planning for all marketing support through development of integrated marketing and communication plans Maintain regular communication with client and find ways to add value by proactively bringing ideas to client that would achieve their business goals Manage, coordinate and deliver team tasks and client work product and work in a well-planned and organized manner Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Manage budgets for client projects, anticipate contingencies that may require additional resources Manage timelines for client projects, anticipate contingencies that may require additional time Prepare agenda and presentations for client meetings and review progress and results with client and CMO Demonstrate strong knowledge of marketing and communication tactics and high degree of business acumen; stay current with new information (data, strategy, competitive dynamics) Write and edit materials at an advanced level; provide direction to ensure quality control Collaborate with all marketing team members for execution of creative, internal communications, media purchases, etc. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent 4 year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or commensurate experience required 6-10 Years Experience in Account Management preferred.
Preferred License/Certification:
Certified Financial Marketing Professional Physical Requirements:
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant verbal and written communication with stakeholders to discuss and convey information in order to exchange accurate information.
SCHEDULE
Fully Remote, Travel within the Park National Bank footprint and to conferences may be expected, but would be limited.
