We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Wealth Management Client Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational and administrative backbone for our Financial Advisors while delivering an exceptional, high-touch service experience to our high-net-worth clients.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of accountability, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and exhibits absolute discretion when handling sensitive financial data.
Serve as the daily point of contact for clients; answer inquiries, resolve service requests, and schedule reviews.
Onboarding & Account Operations:
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, prepare custodial paperwork, and execute account openings, transfers, and maintenance.
Transaction Processing:
Safely execute operational requests including wire transfers, ACH movements, checks, and journal entries.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all client files, trade confirmations, and account updates strictly adhere to FINRA, SEC, and internal firm policies.
Practice Management:
Maintain the team CRM, organize meeting materials, and assist with client appreciation events or marketing mailings.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or administrative support (Wealth Management experience strongly preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication; flawless attention to detail; ability to prioritize multiple urgent tasks.
Compensation:
Negotiable depending on experience and credentials
Work Location:
This position is primarily based out of our Plainfield CT office. However, we take a talent-first approach and will consider a hybrid or fully remote arrangement for the right candidate who possesses extensive wealth management experience and an established track record of independent operational excellence.
