Full-Time We are seeking a results-oriented Footwear Wholesale Account Manager to grow and manage retail partnerships throughout the Midwest territory. This remote, customer-facing sales role combines strategic account planning, business analysis, forecasting, and relationship management to drive sustainable revenue, profitability, and brand growth.

Territory:
Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska Travel:
Up to 50% What You'll Do Build and execute account plans that achieve territory revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. Own commercial relationships with assigned retail partners, serving as a trusted connection between customers and internal sales, planning, marketing, product, and operations teams. Develop sales, inventory, and product forecasts using market trends, historical performance, account plans, and retailer insights. Monitor sales velocity, sell-through, inventory levels, receipts, and shipment performance to identify risks and growth opportunities. Deliver weekly and monthly business recaps covering account sales, territory shipments, forecast performance, budget progress, and recommended actions. Manage account-specific budgets and promotional investments in alignment with strategic sales objectives. Identify and pursue new retail opportunities, including expansion within existing accounts and new-account development. Strengthen brand demand and retailer gross margin through assortment strategies, retail execution, associate education, activations, and seasonal promotions. Partner with regional retail teams across multi-door accounts to enhance product visibility and maintain merchandising standards. Anticipate customer needs, resolve issues with urgency, and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Experience in account management, wholesale sales, retail sales, or business development, preferably within footwear, apparel, consumer goods, department stores, or specialty retail. Demonstrated ability to manage both field-level and corporate retail relationships. Strong financial, analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and translate data into practical commercial recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned Midwest territory. Work Environment This is a remote, field-based position with regular travel to customer locations, retail stores, meetings, and regional events.
