  • What You'll Do
  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will: +
  • Grow the Business
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with market strategy +
  • Manage Key Accounts
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers while driving profitability and long-term value +
  • Own the Numbers
  • Achieve sales targets across volume, pricing, and revenue within your assigned markets +
  • Be the Customer Advocate
  • Support day-to-day customer needs, including inquiries, inventory coordination, and issue resolution +
  • Deliver Strategic Insights
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to influence business direction +
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Partner with R D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support product development and customer solutions +
  • Present & Influence
  • Represent the business through customer presentations on products, capabilities, and market trends +
  • Become a Technical Expert
  • Develop deep knowledge of polyester film applications and provide guidance to customers and internal teams
  • What You Bring
  • + Bachelor's degree required (Business or related field preferred) + 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles + Willingness to travel up to 50% + Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills + Ability to identify opportunities and drive new business growth + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Comfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment + Knowledge of PET film or similar materials is a plus •_The salary range for this position is $70,000•$100,000.
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in the posting._•
