$25-$28/hour About the Role We're seeking an Inside Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing and inactive customer accounts. This role focuses on re-engaging clients, strengthening relationships, and driving revenue—no cold prospecting required. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume book of business, including dormant accounts Conduct outbound calls to re-engage and build customer relationships Identify growth and cross-selling opportunities Partner with internal teams to support customer needs Track activity and maintain accurate CRM records Provide timely customer support and issue resolution Qualifications 2-3+ years of customer-facing B2B experience or bachelor's degree Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls Strong communication and organizational skills CRM experience required Why Apply?
