What You'll Do Manage price changes, quotations, and system updates for accurate customer communication. Manage quality issues and material changes (PCR/ECI). Oversee program launches and phase-outs, safeguarding company and supplier interests. Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Support customer/supplier meetings. Manage abnormal costs, mitigate financial risks, and monitor profitability across sales and supply chain. Manage and track KPIs/FMDS, providing monthly financial reviews and projections. Review customer/supplier report cards, addressing feedback to ensure excellent customer service. Optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and identify/resolve bottlenecks. Engage with existing customers to identify needs and opportunities. Pursue kaizen activities and standardization to control costs. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. What You Need Must have a High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in sales or supply chain management. Must have proficient knowledge of

Microsoft Office:

Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.
