Full-time Job Summary The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, relationship-building, service coordination, and day-to-day support of the advisory team. This role serves as a key client-facing team member and primary relationship touchpoint, helping clients feel known, valued, and well cared for while supporting the overall growth and efficiency of Genesis Financial Group. The Client Relationship Manager should be outgoing, personable, service-minded, and comfortable having meaningful conversations with clients and prospects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys doing a little bit of everything, has a natural ability to connect with people, and may have interest in becoming licensed and growing into a future advisor or advisory support role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a primary client-facing relationship contact for the office, helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the advisory team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, personal touch calls, appointment follow-up, and ongoing service conversations. Support client engagement and business growth efforts by identifying opportunities for additional conversations, scheduling follow-up meetings, and assisting with warm prospect outreach under advisor direction. Administer all areas of the client process including but not limited to: Schedule and confirm client appointments via calls, text messages, and emails Make proactive personal touch calls to clients for relationship-building, service follow-up, event reminders, and appointment preparation Welcome clients and guests in a professional, warm, and personable manner Answer and direct incoming communications and visitors both in person and via a multi-line phone system and email Assist with client conversations by gathering information, documenting needs, and ensuring appropriate advisor follow-up Assist with vendor communication including package delivery and preparing outgoing mail items Process changes to address, phone, email, bank, beneficiary, and estate information as appropriate Process and record activity on appropriate logs Set up client files and obtain necessary information Communicate necessary follow-up with clients Update and maintain the client relationship management system Assist in preparing agendas, reports, forms, and materials for client meetings. Support advisors before and after client meetings by confirming next steps, tracking follow-up items, and helping ensure a smooth client experience.ssist in developing and improving procedures that create consistency, efficiency, and a high-touch client service experience. Assist in planning and coordinating client appreciation events, educational events, seminars, and other engagement activities. Assist with marketing, prospect engagement, referral follow-up, and business development efforts through approved communication channels, social media, and website support. Support ongoing efforts for growth with new clients and continuous interaction with current clientele to provide an excellent client experience. Assist in record keeping via data entry and utilizing electronic and physical filing systems. Possess strong listening skills and knowledge about the workings of the business. Maintain a clean and orderly office environment. Interact with a wide variety of companies to obtain needed information or request that certain actions be taken and follow up to ensure processes are completed in a timely manner. Periodic Duties and Responsibilities Be available for other projects as needed Cross train with other team members in order to backup other operational duties as needed Skills Required Understanding and proficiency are required in regard to client relationships, customer service, proactive communication, relationship management, data entry, confidentiality, problem resolution, Windows Products, Microsoft Office products (such as Word, Excel, and Outlook), client relationship management systems, and financial databases. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, confidence in phone and in-person conversations, a professional and approachable communication style, and an interest in learning more about the financial planning profession. Education and Experience A degree; or related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience is preferred. Client service, relationship management, sales support, hospitality, or professional office experience preferred. Experience in financial services is preferred but not required. Interest in pursuing financial services licensing and long-term growth toward an advisor or advisory support role is preferred.
