Zimmerer Kubota & Equipment of Cleburne is looking for an Equipment Yard Hand to help with our growing business needs! We are committed to continuous improvement in the areas of brand reputation, business operations performance and customer satisfaction at the highest level. We are looking to add a Yard Hand to our growing team in Cleburne! This position is an essential member of our Sales and Rental Team! Yard Hand Duties & Responsibilities Check-in equipment, ensuring the condition meets our standards. Document and report any damage to the office and shop. Ensure equipment is well maintained with basic mechanical checks. Operate forklifts and other equipment to organize the rental yard area. Load, unload, and move rental equipment, including trailers and attachments. Wash and fuel equipment when needed, and ensure reserved equipment is ready for delivery. Ensure that the yard is properly maintained and kept clean at all times. Other tasks as requested by the General Manager. Position Requirements Positive attitude is a must. Ideal Candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Focus on attention to detail and taking initiative to complete tasks as needed, with minimal supervision. Must be willing to maintain rental equipment to the highest standards possible.
