Job Description

As an Account Manager - Retail Premier at Spectrum, you will manage key relationships with brick-and-mortar wireless shops, execute strategies for expansion and compliance, and champion Spectrum's brand. Your efforts will directly enhance customer satisfaction and create lasting value in our retail network. How You'll Make an Impact Foster relationships with retail partners by managing daily interactions and ensuring optimal representation of the Spectrum brand Execute sales strategies and support field operations to maximize sales and meet business objectives Provide comprehensive account management through audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product support, customer concern resolution, brand compliance, and merchandising Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to help partners achieve sales targets and uphold quality standards Collaborate with retail owners and internal teams to develop and manage growth plans aligned with Spectrum's goals Coordinate and support special events, overseeing staffing, merchandising, and sales execution Prospect new business locations and drive incremental sales by expanding Spectrum's retail footprint Working Conditions Spend 20% of time in the office and 80% in the field, including weekly visits to partners and retail locations Travel required for division-wide meetings, sales, and networking events Must be able to lift and deploy Retail Marketing materials (flyers, setting up podium kit, banners etc.) in a retail environment or events What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years of related experience or training in sales, account management, or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English Effective sales presentation and problem-solving skills Strong organizational abilities and demonstrated initiative Practical written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Frequent travel within assigned territory Flexible to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and adjust schedule as needed Reliable transportation Valid and active state driver's license with a safe driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience 5+ years of solid sales experience with a proven track record Skills Bilingual is a plus #
