JOB SUMMARY
The Account Manager retains and monitors existing Associated Pathologists, P.C. clients by assuring client satisfaction, improve communications between pathologists and clients, identify and resolve problems, instill client loyalty and ensure delivery of the highest possible level of service to the client.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in retaining current business, increase market share and implement company payor contracts successfully. Act as the contact person for all client concerns and as a liaison between the client and the communicator for problem resolution. Identify and assist in resolving unsubstantiated ideas regarding payor contracts. Conduct client surveys and analyses to determine the percentage of the market business we service. Distribute marketing and patient education literature. Assist in generating new business. Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data. Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all Corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.
Requirements:
EDUCATION & LICENSURE
B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience required. Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of medical sales experience preferred. A proven track record of success in the sales field required.
