Key Account Manager, Logistics

3PL organization, priding themselves on their robust end to end solutions they offer to their clients, as well as reputation for excellence in the market, is seeking a Key Account Manager! RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee domestic operations, reporting, load coverage, and customer care
• Overseeing staff activities and customer requests
• Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
• Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
• Traveling to meet with key clients, on a regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• 5 plus years in overseeing and managing staff
• 5-7 years of experience, specifically, in domestic logistics distribution, with focus on FTL
• High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
