Key Account Executive | Healthcare Sector (Juarez) (El paso TX) Ema Surgical Center Cd. Juárez (Field-based model) Are you passionate about strategic sales and developing high-impact relationships in the healthcare sector? At EMA Surgical Center, we are looking for a sales-oriented professional with a results-driven approach and business acumen. What will you do? Develop and manage relationships with physicians, companies, and insurance brokers Generate surgical and diagnostic volume Prospect for new agreements with manufacturers and the corporate sector Position EMA as a strategic partner in the healthcare ecosystem Manage a portfolio of key physicians and identify growth opportunities Work under sales and profitability KPIs What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field +3 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceuticals) Experience in field sales and CRM management Conversational English (preferred) Strong negotiation skills, results-oriented, and self-motivated What will make you stand out: Knowledge of the private healthcare sector Experience with insurance companies (major medical insurance) or brokers Strategic account management (Key Account Manager) We offer: Strategic role with a high impact on business results Competitive salary structure + performance-based bonus Professional development in a dynamic environment
