Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing proposals, processing quotes, and maintaining accurate client records. Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services effectively across various channels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Assist with benefits administration for clients' employee benefit plans related to insurance offerings. Leverage multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse client populations effectively. Engage in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand market reach within targeted industries. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate product benefits and negotiate terms. Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Knowledge of sales administration processes, including CRM management and proposal preparation. Familiarity with marketing techniques to promote products effectively across different platforms. Experience in benefits administration or customer service roles is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse markets. Ability to handle telemarketing initiatives responsibly while maintaining professionalism.
