JOB DESCRIPTION

• creating rental quotes, reservations and contracts in person and over the phone
• matching the equipment to the customer project or need.
• scheduling and coordinating transportation and delivery services
• be able to assist when needed in the loading and unloading of equipment, delivery, and make readys when required
• ensuring equipment is ready for rental, instructing customers how to use safely and verifying that equipment is inspected before and after rental This is a fast paced physical job.

Must be able to work outside in all weather and be physically able to manage the tasks.

• Your Annual Base :

  $45,600 to $51,480 /year (amount based on 44-50 hour work week)
• Profit sharing on sales new / used equipment can range between 1,000 to 4,000 per quarter.
• Initial review within 90 days
• biannual reviews / performance plans with career growth mapping and interim milestones.
• Schedule Monday
• Friday, 0700 to 1800 and rotation of weekend (on pay weeks with a Saturday shift, and week day shift can be removed)
