This role is critical:

you will lead the sales team, develop people, and drive accountability —without carrying your own sales quota.

•You must be able to climb roofs with our team

•Lead, train, and hold accountable a team of outside sales consultants Run weekly training: roleplay, scripting, objection handling, follow-up systems Ride along with reps to coach in real time and help them close deals Maintain scorecards/KPIs and enforce the process (activity + results) Improve sales systems and consistency across the team Recruit, interview, and help onboard new reps (protect culture, raise the bar) Partner with Ops/Estimating for clean handoffs and above-average customer experience What we're looking for Proven experience managing an outside/in-home sales team (home services preferred) You've been part of a company operating at a higher level than we are—and can bring those standards here (must have managed a sales team with at least a $20M rev year) Strong coach + strong backbone: you care about people and you don't avoid hard conversations Reliable, high-integrity, and service-minded (servant heart, not ego-driven) Comfortable with performance management and building a winning culture Benefits Company truck + gas card Company iPhone Health insurance 401(k) PTO If you apply, you will receive 6-8 screening questions before moving to the next step..

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
