This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for customer success, a deep understanding of the industrial services market, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheets and business productivity tools is essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at solving problems, can manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions based on client needs. Proactively communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to internal teams. Forecast and monitor key account metrics, such as revenue, margin, and project timelines. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, safety personnel, etc.) to meet client objectives. Coordinate internal resources to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Participate in business development efforts to expand relationships and uncover new prospects. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress. Manage multiple client projects concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. High attention to detail and time management. Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
