Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION IS SUPERVISING ATTENDANT SERVICES AND MONITORING APPROPRIATE STAFFING AND PRODUCTIVITY. COORDINATES CARE WITH THE INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM, CLIENT, THEIR FAMILY AND REFFERRING AGENCY. MONITORS AND ANALYZES QI ISSUES AND DIRECTS STAFF WITH REGARD TO AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

$15.00 per hour
