As we continue expanding in the Valley/McAllen market, we are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Zone Manager who is ready to make an immediate impact. Be the Partner Our Clients Rely On - In Service and in Growth! As a Zone Manager at Mercado Ahorro$, you are more than a representative—you are a growth driver. This is a dynamic, field-based role that combines business development, account management, customer support, and consultative sales. You will be responsible for bringing new independent meat markets into the Mercado Ahorro$ network while also managing and growing your existing accounts. Your ability to prospect, close new business, and build long-term relationships will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

Actively prospect, identify, and onboard new independent meat market partners within the Valley/McAllen market Drive new business by presenting the value of Mercado Ahorro$ programs and securing long-term partnerships Meet and exceed sales and territory growth goals

Account Management & Relationship Building:

Manage and grow a defined territory through consistent in-person visits Build strong, long-term relationships with independent meat market owners and decision-makers Serve as a trusted advisor and primary resource for ongoing support and solutions

Vendor & Partner Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of programs Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver strong results for clients

Program Execution & Support:

Present and implement customized marketing programs based on each client's needs Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to maximize program success and client satisfaction

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor client activity, sales performance, and territory growth Track key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership

Operational Excellence:

Act as the liaison between clients, vendor partners, and internal teams Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service

Starting Salary:

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (retail, customer service, meat market, or convenience store industry required) Proven ability to generate new business and close sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field Excellent time management and organizational abilities Willingness to travel extensively within the Valley?
