Account Manager

Duties Conduct door-to-door sales and marketing in residential and commercial areas Generate and maintain new customer relationships Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners Educate customers on flooring products and services Schedule estimates and follow up with leads Maintain strong communication with clients throughout projects Track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions Represent the company professionally in the community Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, or door to door sales is not required but preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, Spanish is a plus Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business growth and customer engagement Ability to understand the installation technique of our products to effectively communicate their benefits during sales conversations Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client satisfaction Join us as an Account Manager where your energy, expertise, and passion for sales will make a real impact!
