Job Description
NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Care Center Supervisor to lead our team at South Park Funeral Home and Crematory in Pearland, Texas, serving families across the Houston metro area. This role is ideal for a licensed embalmer who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced care center and is ready to take on a meaningful leadership opportunity. Our Care Center Supervisors bring pride, craftsmanship, and compassion to every case, contributing to a community that values dignity, respect, and exceptional care. What You'll Lead Train and mentor staff; uphold all logging, identification, casket, and cremation procedures Coordinate case scheduling, workflow, and team assignments Support embalming needs during peak volume Maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation Use and adapt to ATLAS and other digital case-management tools Participate in a rotating weekend schedule What You Bring Current Texas Embalmer License or ability to reciprocate 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and digital systems Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced care center environment Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to families Efficient, focused work style with the ability to lead by example We are an equal-opportunity employer.
