Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our energetic team! Duties Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm calling techniques Conduct B2B sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our technology solutions and services to prospective clients Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities ensuring seamless communication and data accuracy Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that generate leads and support business development efforts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team Skills Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, and technology sales environments Strong background in inside sales, outbound calling, and telemarketing strategies Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written—capable of conveying complex technical information clearly Demonstrated ability in business development, marketing support, and customer service excellence Familiarity with technical sales processes and understanding of CRM tools to optimize sales workflows Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting Join us if you're passionate about driving sales growth through energetic outreach, strategic negotiation, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
